Remove the cross support and parallel support from the base. Insert the center notch in the cross support into the notch at the center of the base.
Insert the notch on the parallel support on to the outer notch on the cross support
Measure the distance from the ground to the bottom of your pedal. Pull the pin and adjust the spindle support to this height and insert the pin
Place the spindle support onto the spindle nut of your pedal. The spindle nut is located between the pedal and crank. Rotate the crank until the PropIt touches the ground. Rotate the front wheel so it's at a 90 degree angle.
The PropIt is designed for any single rider bikes. Most tandem bikes are too heavy and the PropIt will break. If it is windy, point your bike into the wind. Be aware that if the wind is over 12 MPH the PropIt may not hold up your bike.
